Historically, the Republican Party has had Black members — and today, there are many Black women running conservative organizations across the country.

Star Parker was mentioned in a recent Essence article applauding Black female leaders outside the RNC along with Kay Coles James of the Heritage Foundation and Angela Sailor of The Feulner Institute.
