Vax Mandate Redux
CURE America: Episode 66
President Joe Biden has run into another roadblock to his declared mandates that federal government employees and all U.S. employers with 100 or more workers be vaccinated against COVID-19. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reaffirmed its decision to enact a stay on the workplace vaccination mandate following a legal challenge from Texas and several other states.
The court ordered the U.S. Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.”
The mandate has prompted numerous legal challenges from at least 27 states as well as from business and religious groups who argue the mandate is unconstitutional including the fact that businesses that don’t comply face thousands of dollars in fines.
We talked about these vaccine mandates a few months ago on CURE America and thought we’d bring back this discussion that anyone who dares to even question the vaccine gets cancelled or shamed.
In this episode we speak with a medical doctor, Robin Armstrong an owner of the Armstrong Medical Group. We will talk in depth with him and a great panel of experts including Horace Cooper, Senior fellow with the National Center for Public Policy Research and co-chairman of the Project 21; Richard Manning, President of Americans for Limited Government, and Roger Severino, Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center.
